Kushagra Nandan

Co-Founder, LNK Energy

As the Co-Founder of LNK Energy, he will lead the company’s mission to advance sustainable energy solutions across solar and green fuels, , driving innovation, scalability, and long-term impact.

In addition to his role at LNK Energy, Kushagra is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of REnergy Dynamics (RED), a leading renewable energy enterprise focused on advancing next-generation clean energy technologies. He also co-founded SunSource Energy, one of India’s leading integrated distributed solar companies in 2010, steering its growth into a market leader.

Deeply engaged in shaping India’s clean energy ecosystem, Kushagra has chaired the C&I Committee at the National Solar Energy Federation of India (NSEFI) and serves as Co-Chair of the UP State Development Council at ASSOCHAM. His work and leadership have earned him numerous accolades, including the ‘BW Businessworld 40 under 40’, the ‘Global Young Entrepreneur Excellence Award’ at WRETC, the ‘UP Ratna 2018’, the ‘Amity Corporate Excellence Awards’ and the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year Award’ at the DLA Awards 2019. Kushagra’s work has been highlighted by top publications, and he is a sought-after speaker at major global platforms.

A graduate in Energy Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and in Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Kushagra also holds an honorary PhD for his contribution to India’s renewable energy industry.

Kushagra Nandan is a Co-Founder of LNK Energy. A renewable energy enthusiast, he has over two decades of experience in solar energy. A serial entrepreneur and investor, Kushagra has built, led, and managed large teams that have developed multiple large scale renewable energy projects across the world and achieved successful exits for PEs and founders.

Early in his career, Kushagra worked with leading global Renewable Energy majors including SunPower, GE, and Conti Group, where he gained cross-functional expertise across engineering, technology, and business operations.
