Paritosh Ladhani

Paritosh is also the Joint Managing Director of SLMG Beverages, where he has driven exponential growth, transforming the company into India’s largest Coca-Cola bottling partner. Under his stewardship, SLMG’s revenue and profits have risen multi-fold, with revenues exceeding ₹8,000 crore in 2025, and targeted to cross ₹10,000 crores in 2026. He oversees extensive operations, including a legacy plant in Patna, Bihar, and is spearheading a major Greenfield project in Buxar.

As the Joint Managing Director of Sincere Developers, he manages Hotel Taj Agra, ranked among India’s top 100 hotels and is among top 5 MICE venues in North India. He is also the founder of Hard Rock Cafe, New Delhi. He is also expanding into the ultra-luxury hospitality segment with projects in Udaipur, Goa, and Agra.

A B. Com (Hons), graduate, Paritosh completed his MBA in Entrepreneurship with distinction from the University of Stirling, UK, at the young age of 21 years.

Paritosh is an active member of the Customer Leadership Council – Coca-Cola India, and co-convenor for the tourism vertical at CII Delhi. He is one of the governing council members of National Institute of Food and technology Management (Niftem), the group of skilled development institutions under Central Ministry of Food Processing. He also founded the Entrepreneur Noida organization, which now boasts of 100 leading entrepreneurs from Noida and Delhi. His commitment to social responsibility is evident through initiatives in water replenishment, COVID-19 relief, and women’s empowerment programs.
